When you place an order with us you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. This does not effect your statutory rights.  Celtic Fingerprint Trees reserves the right to amend these terms at any time & you agree to be bound to such amendments.

Pricing

Celtic Fingerprint Trees reserves the right to alter prices at any time. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced on the website, the normal price will be applicable instead.  Celtic Fingerprint Trees reserves the right to refuse or supply any incorrectly priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed & credit / debit card charged. If payment has been made we will then credit back the incorrect price.

Orders & Payments

Celtic Fingerprint Trees  uses STRIPE   where  you can esasily process your card payments secuerly  and  PAY PAL . This is a well known secure on line payment method and you do not have to create an account. You  just use your credit / debit card.

Once payment has been received  celtic Fingerprint Trees will send an email confirming your order.  Items which are instock will usually be dispatched within 3  Working days  unless advised otherwise. Out  of stock items will be delivered within 10 / 14 days, unless other wise advised.  

Size Guides & Colour

We have made every effort to ensure product descriptions & sizes are as close to / accurate as possible. The shades of colours of all  items  may vary from those shown and can display differently in browsers.

Postage

The main postage rate for IRELAND  is €4.80 for the Fingerprint trees & €3.00 for The Wedding card. UK & EUROPE is  €7.00 ( Fingerrprint tree ) THE REST OF THE WORLD is € 8.00 ( Fingerprint tree ) 

Orders will be sent by standard An Post or Courier.  Celtic Fingerprint Trees makes every effort to dispatch goods on time but cannot be held responsible for any failure to be delivered within the stated  time.  We deliver to Ireland & World wide. 

Duties & local Taxes  

Celtic Fingerprint Trees  does not currently charge Irish Sales tax -  VAT.

The customer is responsible any duties / and or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.

Returns

We offer a full refund to gods returned in the original condition within 30 days. We do not offer refund on postal charges. However we want you to be delighted with our goods so if you are not happy for any reason please contact us & we will do our best to rectify this or offer full exchange or money back within the 30 days.

In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged, please contact us immediately. Please return the item & we will send on  a replacement item & reimburse you the cost of the return postage.
